Median dwelling value across Canada’s cities, by census tract (2021 Census)
Median dwelling value for each census tract, using the 2021 Census. Each tract includes a neighbourhood of about 2,500–8,000 people. Zoom and pan to your own area. Census tracts cover cities and larger towns; sparsely populated rural areas aren’t divided into tracts, so they appear blank.
This is the census’ owner-estimated value (what owners think their home would sell for), not a record of sale prices. It is the same measure as the city-level home-value map, at finer resolution.
